Business & Professional Code Sections 17900-17930
Every person who regularly transacts business in Yolo County for profit, under a fictitious business name is required to file a Fictitious Business Name(hereafter referred to as FBN) Statement, no later than (40) days from business commencement.
Fictitious business names are filed with the clerk of the county where the principal place of business is located.
