Publication Instructions
Publication is required within 30 days from the date of filing a FBN, FBN Abandonment or FBN Withdrawal Statement.
- The registrant shall file in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the principal place of business is located. (See Newspapers Below)
- The statement is published one time per week for four successive weeks. The newspaper will send the County Clerk proof of publication.
