Search Tips
- The online search of the is updated daily, so some documents that have been recorded may not appear until after the following business day.
- The search will return recorded documents that begin the same way as your inquiry. If you enter Jones it will return any names that begin Jones such as Jones John as well as Jones Smith Jane
- Capitalization does not matter. JONES will find the same things as jones.
- Do not use punctuations such as . , : ;. When the word and is in the name of the grantee or grantor use the & character.
- If more than 300 recordings are found the computer will tell you to narrow your search. Do this by typing as much of the name as possible and also narrow your time frame for the search to return a fewer results. If you are looking for a specific document type choosing the type will decrease the number of returned documents.
