Regular and confidential marriage licenses are issued by the Clerk/Recorder’s office.
No appointment is needed to apply for a license.
Civil wedding ceremonies are performed in our office with at least 24-hour advanced notice. An appointment is required. You will need to bring at least one witness. Call 530-666-8130 during business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) to make an appointment.
