Regular and confidential marriage licenses are issued by the Clerk/Recorder’s office.
No appointment is needed to apply for a license. Both parties must appear together and present authentic photo identification.
Civil wedding ceremonies are performed in our office by appointment only. Since our wedding schedule fills up fast, you should make your appointment as soon as possible. You will need to bring at least one witness. Call 530-666-8130 to make your appointment.
