Fish & Wildlife Filings


Our office has returned to full walk-in service. All filings pertaining to Fish & Wildlife may be submitted in person or by mail. Original signatures required on all filings with payment of fees (see fee chart below).

Environmental Impact Report (EIR)* $3,539.25
Environmental Document pursuant to a Certified Regulatory Program (CRP)* $1,203.25
County Clerk Processing Fee required, submit Internal Billing, or see accepted forms of payment $50.00
*No Effect Determination (NED) (do not apply Fish & Wildlife fees, only county clerk fee applies) $50.00

Submit for filing:

1. Original document
2. One copy for conformation, optional
3. Internal Billing, check or money order, or credit card for the payment of fees
Note: If "Piggy-Backing", provide proof of previous payment of EIR or NEG DEC fee with "Project Titles" matching identically. Only the $50.00 County Clerk Fee must be paid.
