Services Processing Times

• Walk-in service available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: We are fully open and no longer scheduling appointments for our general services.
  
• Processing Times: Most services are provided within 30 minutes. Records requested are provided at the service counter at the time of service. Mail-in requests are processed within 1-2 business days from when received.

Office Accessibility and Parking

• Parking: Free 30-minute parking & 2-hour curbside parking available on Court Street
• Building Entrances: The main entrances are located on the west side and east side of the building, both equipped with wheelchair accessibility ramps. The eastside entrance faces the large courtyard, and the wheelchair accessibility ramp is located north of the outside steps. The basement-level courtyard on Court Street is not a public entrance.
