Publication Instructions

Publication is required within 45 days from the date of filing a Fictitious Business Name (FBN), FBN Abandonment or FBN Withdrawal Statement.

Please note: Even if you will not be transacting business immediately, you must publish within 45 days of filing.

The registrant shall file in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the principal place of business is located. (See Newspapers Below)
The statement is published one time per week for four successive weeks. The newspaper will send the County Clerk proof of publication.
